MTAQ: How to Recognise a Professional Automotive Business
The Motor Trades Association of Queensland (MTA Queensland) introduced the Professional Circle; a symbol which represents ‘proof of professionalism’ within the motor trades. This symbol displayed by business, along with the ‘certified 10/10 professional member’ sign, alerts consumers to the fact that the business has committed to the standards of professionalism expected as a member of the automotive/mobility industry.
As the peak industry automotive industry body in Queensland, MTA Queensland ensures that all businesses that display the Professional Circle have undergone a stringent approval process before being an authorised as an MTA Queensland member.
Consumers can be confident that automotive businesses displaying the Professional Circle have agreed to 10 commitments - honestly, professionalism, transparency, courtesy, integrity, car, clarity, proactivity, accountability and compliance.
MTA Queensland Group CEO, Dr Brett Dale said,
“We want the public to recognise the Professional Circle as a symbol of an automotive business that can be relied on and is one that has been certified as a 10/10 as a professional member.
“The Professional Circle could mean the difference between a consumer choosing a business or looking elsewhere.
“It’s the rating review that consumers can depend on”.
