Green Stamp Accreditation Benefits Your Benefits

The automotive industry can often still be recognised as being a significant polluter in the community. Here at MTA Queensland, we want to change this belief!

If you are a mechanical or smash repair workshop, auto parts recycler and/or new & used car dealer, why not be rewarded for your achievements and enjoy the economic, social and environmental benefits?

The Green Stamp program has been a growing initiative since it was developed with federal funding and introduced to the automotive industry in 2005. Since then, the initial program has been developed into what is known today as the Green Stamp Accreditation Program.

The Motor Trades Association of QLD is committed to promoting Green Stamp accredited members, and is continually looking for ways to improve the program, so that it continues to provide significant value to your business.

Why should your business be environmentally accredited?

The automotive industry can often still be recognised as being a significant polluter in the community. Here at MTA Queensland, we want to change this belief! We strongly believe the majority of our Members are dedicated to meeting environmental standards and are also willing to go above and beyond the current legislative requirements for the automotive industry.

Therefore, formal accreditation will inevitably be the next step in communicating your commitment to environmental management. Businesses who achieve accreditation are awarded with the ‘Green Stamp’ and are then able to promote this to their clients and potential customers

Why not be rewarded for your achievements and enjoy the economic, social and environmental benefits? If you are a mechanical or smash repair workshop, auto parts recycler and/or new & used car dealer, contact us today for a free self-assessment checklist 07 3237 8777 or info@mtaq.com.au.
